The Trails of Katy development opened March 2 with three model homes on display.
The Trails of Katy, a new master planned community located near I-10 between FM 1463 and Pederson Road, opened March 3 and has begun selling homes. The development will contain 325 homes at build out and will eventually include a recreation center, tennis courts, several miles of walking trails and a community pool.
Three model homes are currently available to view. Homes are being built by Houston-based Devon Street Homes, Pulte Homes and Westin Homes.
Devon Street Homes has eight home designs for the development ranging between 2,425–4,167 square feet with starting prices from the $270,000s. The builder’s model home at 1106 Fragile Sail Court is a joint project with Ventana Development Cos.
Pulte Homes offers 12 home designs ranging from 2,623–4,762 square feet with prices starting in the $300,000s. The model home is located at 1118 Fragile Sail Court.
Westin Homes is offering 19 home designs ranging from 3,098–5,234 square feet with prices beginning in the $315,000s. One of homes is available for viewing at 1114 Fragile Sail Court.
“Trails of Katy has much to offer buyers, with a convenient location just south of Interstate 10 and schools in the highly acclaimed Katy Independent School District,” said Tanya Rizzo, director of sales for Pulte Homes’ Houston division, in a statement announcing the development.
