According to NewQuest Properties Vice President Brad Elmore, other confirmed tenants for the 63-acre site include Akashi Asian Fusion, Pediatric Dentist, Great Clips and Venus Nails Spa.
Elmore said the center is slated to open in the first quarter of 2018.

According to the Grand Parkway Town Center site plan, proposed tenants include Sam’s Club, Kroger Marketplace, Dick’s Sporting Goods, L.A. Fitness, Cracker Barrel, Chick-fil-A, Whataburger and Petco. The site plan includes more than 370,000 square feet of retail space and 15 pad sites.
Negotiations with Sam’s Club and Kroger Marketplace—which have proposed locations in the center—have not been finalized, Elmore said.
